First Day Trying them! I just started taking these today 01/08/25, it says to take with a meal so I take it with my morning protein shakes now. I fried the front of my hair off really bad trying to go blonde 🤦🏾‍♀️. I got a silk press and a rebleach on 12/13/24 and got all my dead ends cut off so the picture up top is my new growth from then to now which is about 1 inch per month. I’ll keep updating over time.

IT ABSOLUTELY WORKS Nutrofol has completely changed my life. I was diagnosed with seborrheic dermatitis & Follicular Acne that was causing me extreme hairloss. My derm prescribed me some medications & suggested I try Nutrofol if I could afford it. It is expensive, no doubt - but the transformation is insane. I've been taking it since maybe May of 2024 & I have had so much hair growth it's CRAZY. My hair is naturally straight & wavy, but all of my new growth is coming in as spiral curls. I'm still struggling with my scalp, so I just ordered the VERY expensive shampoo & conditioner, but only because of how much I believe in this product. Thinning hair for me caused major depression & insecurity. While Nutrofol won't necessarily TREAT scalp conditions, it WILL grow your hair. Be patient and consistent! Im 34 years old. I’ve always had thin hair. Well over the last year, I’ve noticed that my hair line was not what it used to be so I looked into nutrafol. I never leave reviews and I feel like for this.. I have to. I’ve only been taking this supplement for a month and I already see growth. I have so many baby hairs. My hair looks and feels fuller. I’ve been using it in conjunction with the monat serum. The tops photos are before ㅤᵕ̈ trust the process!

Post partum/pill dosage I don’t usually write reviews but felt the need to on this one. The before pics were from January and the now pics are from March. I decided to cut the doses from 4 pills a day to 2 a day as they are pricey and I read a lot about people having success with taking only 2. I am super happy with the progress I have made in 2 months and just received my second bottle. I will say, I bought these as I was losing hair due to post partum but my hair has been thinning slowly for years and have noticed good growth in which I haven’t seen in a very long time. I still was losing hair during my PP journey (was the worst around 4 months which is when I started). I really believe there is no quick fix for this type of hair loss and you need to let it run its course but I do think these supplements helped it grow back faster. I am also using the nutrafol shampoo and conditioner as well.

Great product Once I hit 45 apparently my body can't process stress like it did when I was younger and my hair has started thinning. I started taking Nutrafol based on my dermatologists suggestion and 3 years of diligently taking this I wasn't seeing an improvement (get ready to shake your head in disbelief lol). So hubs asked me about a year ago if i liked the product after seeing one of their many commercials and I made the comment that I didn't see any improvement. He got me thinking about how stupid you have to be to spend almost $90 a month on a product that doesn't work... so I canceled my autos hip. About 4 days after I took my last 4 capsules I was in the shower and working conditioner into my hair and I could feel soooooo many strands of hair wrapped around my fingers. I literally thought someone put Nair in my Oribe, I started hyperventilating even before I got my hands out of my hair to see an enormous amount of fallout. I'm talking fallout like on a whole new level. I didn't even consider that just because I didn't see new growth that I wasn't benefiting from the product. HOW STUPID DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO NOT THINK OF THAT?!!! Well CLEARLY I'M how stupid you have to be. I immediately yelled at my husband that the entire situation was all HIS fault "YOU DID THIS TO ME!! I never listen to you... EVER and the ONE time I do it's on something I can't fix!!! DUDE YOU'RE PAYING MY HAIR CLUB FOR MEN BILL!!" 😭 To say I couldn't get a new bottle ordered fast enough is an understatement. I'm now a lot thinner than I was but back to taking this again and thankfully the excessive fallout has stopped. Point of this is to say that just because you don't see massive regrowth it doesn't mean you aren't benefiting. Also to say don't let your husband/wife get into your head, you do you!!

I have been on my first month . I also have been taking 3 instead of 4 pills daily. Have been about 3 weeks . I can not speak yet about growing hair BUT I have notice major difference on shower where I barely see my hair on the drain and I use to get a full hand of it it everytime and even today almost zeroooo….So it is doing something positive. I will keep taking for sure and see where it goes.
